Je bent financieel,technisch en organisatorisch verantwoordelijk en zorgt met je projectteam voor full-service realisatie: van voorbereiding tot tevreden oplevering.Wat ga je doen?LeidinggevenLeidinggeven aan projectteam bestaande uit een collega werkvoorbereider, engineer enmonteurs • Financiële verantwoordelijkheid dragen en resultaatgericht werken•Overleg voeren met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en anderestakeholders • Technisch & organisatorisch bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid enklanttevredenheid • Controleren en beheren van werkplannen, documenten en vergunningen•Planningen opstellen, afstemmen en bewaken•Rapporteren aan de manager projecten over voortgang en resultaat•Bijdragen aan verbeterprocessen en efficiëntere werkmethodes binnen projecten•Toepassen van Lean-principes en inzet van BIM bij complexe trajecten (pré)• Wat breng je mee?MBOMBO+ of HBO opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek (MIT/HIT)•Ervaring met utiliteitsprojecten tussen €500.000 en €10miljoen•Sterke organisatorische en financiële vaardigheden•Je doet wat je belooft.
