Als Projectleider / Werkvoorbereider Bedrijfsbouw vorm je de essentiële schakel tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding, coördinatie en begeleiding van bedrijfsbouwprojecten. Met jouw ruime ervaring weet je precies hoe je een project van A tot Z moet plannen, voorbereiden en realiseren. Je bent betrokken vanaf de aanbestedingsfase tot en met de oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen optimaal samenwerken om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam, opdrachtgevers, architecten, constructeurs en onderaannemers. Met jouw scherpe analytische blik signaleer je tijdig mogelijke knelpunten en kom je met praktische oplossingen. Je bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen en weet hoe je een team moet aansturen om samen het beste resultaat te behalen. Jouw taken omvatten: - Het voorbereiden en uitwerken van projectplannen en uitvoeringsmethoden; - Het maken van werkbegrotingen en planningen; - Het inkoopgereed maken van werkpakketten en het selecteren van onderaannemers; - Het coördineren van de werkzaamheden tussen verschillende partijen; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget; - Het organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen; - Het opstellen van meer- en minderwerk; - Het bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van werkprocessen; - Het aansturen van uitvoerders en bouwplaatsmedewerkers.
