Rotterdam Meer details Projectleider Woning- en Utiliteitsbouw Profiel We zoeken een enthousiaste en ervaren projectleider om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol organiseren en afronden van diverse projecten van begin tot eind. Je hebt de leiding over meerdere projecten en werkt nauw samen met verschillende belanghebbenden, waaronder klanten en bouwteams. Tot jouw kerntaken behoren: - Verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren en realiseren van bouwprojecten, binnen de afgesproken tijd en budgetten; - Coördineren en leiden van projectteams, inclusief het aansturen van werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders; - Opstellen en opvolgen van projectplanningen, waarbij je de voortgang nauwlettend bewaakt; - Beheren van projectbudgetten en toezien op de financiële gezondheid van de projecten; - Regelmatig rapporteren aan de directie over projectvoortgang en resultaten; - Zorgen voor heldere communicatie en samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van alle bouwactiviteiten; - Oplossen van knelpunten en het nemen van besluiten om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Vereisten - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector; - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere projecten parallel te beheren; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om effectief te onderhandelen; - Grondig begrip van bouwprocessen en kennis van de geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Een resultaatgerichte instelling met sterk probleemoplossend vermogen; - Leiderschapscapaciteiten met de vaardigheid om teams te inspireren en aan te sturen.
