Als projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen op het project. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteit worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en interne afdelingen. Jouw ervaring en overzicht zorgen ervoor dat complexe projecten soepel verlopen en dat problemen proactief worden aangepakt. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: - Aansturen en coördineren van bouwprojecten in de woningbouw en appartementenbouw; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders en het bouwteam op de werkvloer; - Inkopen en contracteren van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Signaleren van risico's en het implementeren van oplossingen; - Verzorgen van rapportages en voortgangsbesprekingen met stakeholders; - Bewaken van duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en innovatieve bouwmethoden.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf investeert in opleidingen en cursussen, zodat je op de hoogte blijft van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de bouw. Denk aan trainingen op het gebied van duurzaam bouwen, BIM-methodieken of leiderschapsontwikkeling. Daarnaast is er ruimte om door te groeien naar een rol als senior projectleider of projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor meerdere projecten of een eigen team gaat aansturen.
