Als projectleider woningbouw ben jij de spil in het gehele bouwproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, organisatie en uitvoering van woningbouwprojecten van start tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, onderaannemers en je eigen uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project binnen tijd, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen wordt opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie soepel verloopt. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de voortgang en het tijdig signaleren van risico's. Je stuurt het team op de bouwplaats aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd voorop, en je draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers en onderaannemers. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Aansturen en coördineren van woningbouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en onderaannemers; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders en het bouwteam op de bouwplaats; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Tijdig signaleren van risico's en het nemen van passende maatregelen; - Organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen en overleggen.
