Als Projectleider Woningbouw ben jij de spil in het realiseren van woningbouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectuitvoering, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je stuurt uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de planning en het budget, en zorgt ervoor dat elk project volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorgt voor een soepele communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast houd je de vinger aan de pols wat betreft kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid op de bouwplaats. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten, van nieuwbouwwoningen tot renovaties en verbouwingen. Elk project vraagt om jouw ervaring en inzicht om tot een succesvol resultaat te komen. Je hebt de vrijheid om jouw eigen werkwijze te bepalen en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren waar nodig. De organisatie biedt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement, duurzaam bouwen of veiligheid. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor meerdere projecten of een eigen team. Jouw taken in het kort: - Volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van woningbouwprojecten; - Aansturen van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en interne stakeholders; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en duurzaamheidseisen; - Signaleren van risicos en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
