Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van woningbouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je stuurt het bouwteam aan en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget. - Aansturen van uitvoerend personeel en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Overleg met opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte oplevering.

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je projecten en rapporteert aan de directie. Er is ruimte om door te groeien naar senior projectleider of je te specialiseren in complexe nieuwbouwprojecten.
