Ben jij binnen dit familiebedrijf in de regio Weert onze nieuwe Projectleider Elektra? Jij bent in het project het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en monteurs, onderaannemers, inleenkrachten en andere belanghebbenden. Het (mede) opstellen van jaarbudget en het aanleveren van gegevens waardebepaling OHW in kwartaalcijfers behoort ook tot je taken. Jij verzorgt de communicatie met de opdrachtgever, voortgangsrapportages en bent aanwezig bij bouwvergaderingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor efficiënte en rendabele uitvoering van projecten volgens gegeven specificaties en planning. Uiteraard zorg je voor het up-to-date houden van de vakkennis bij jezelf en bij de monteurs. De uitgevoerde werkzaamheden van eigen en ingeleende monteurs en onderaannemer controleer jij. Alsook het materiaalgebruik en de gewerkte uren. Zijn er afwijkingen of problemen, dan stuur jij bij door het bedenken en uitwerken van oplossingen in het project. Tenslotte draag je zorg voor de opleveringen van projecten en neem je deel aan de na-calculatie en evaluatie van de projecten.Naar wie zijn wij op zoek? Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding, richting elektrotechniek. Je bent in het bezit van VCA-VOL en je hebt een relevante werkervaring van minimaal 3 jaar in project gedreven werkomgeving. Je kunt goed en duidelijk (tot hoog niveau) communiceren met verschillende partijen, kan goed tegen werkdruk en je bent een echte netwerker. Je hebt een goed analytisch vermogen en kan hierin prioriteiten stellen. Natuurlijk ben jij klantgericht en bereid jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. Uiteraard voer jij je werkzaamheden uit binnen de richtlijnen, werkinstructies en procedures die betrekking hebben op BRL, het ISO-kwaliteitszorgsysteem, VCA en het bedrijfsreglement. Je hebt tenslotte kennis van de NEN norm.
