Flexpool werft namens een installatietechnisch bedrijf een Projectleider Woningbouw Installatietechniek (Werktuigkunde). In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van woningbouwprojecten binnen de installatietechniek. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering soepel verlopen. Daarbij stuur je projectteams aan en onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne collega's. Het gaat hierbij om een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week.

Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen - Aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, ketenpartners en collega's - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, kosten en voortgang - Beheren van contracten en toezien op afspraken - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten - Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving op de bouwplaats - Meedenken over duurzame en toekomstbestendige installatietechnische oplossingen

Flexpool werft namens een installatietechnisch bedrijf een Projectleider Woningbouw Installatietechniek (Werktuigkunde). Deze installatiespecialist is een landelijk opererende organisatie met ruim 1.700 medewerkers en meerdere vestigingen door heel Nederland. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in duurzame installatietechnische oplossingen binnen onder andere de woningbouw, utiliteit en service & onderhoud.
