Ben jij een ervaren architect met een passie voor woningbouw? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw expertise in het volledige bouwproces van woningen gewaardeerd wordt? Dan is deze functie in regio [locatie] iets voor jou! Wij bieden een uitdagende rol als projectleider woningbouw met een vast contract.

Heb jij:

  • Ruime ervaring met woningbouwprojecten, minimaal tot de ruwbouwfase?
  • Een sterke technische kennis van bouwregelgeving en constructies?
  • Uitstekende projectmanagementvaardigheden, zoals planning en teamaansturing?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van woningbouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Je coördineert en communiceert met diverse partijen, waaronder architecten en uitvoerende teams. Je bent de schakel tussen alle betrokkenen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op tijd en binnen budget worden opgeleverd. Geen kennis van een tekenprogramma? Geen probleem! Jouw proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding is wat we zoeken.

We zijn op zoek naar een architect die niet alleen technisch onderlegd is, maar ook beschikt over de juiste communicatieve vaardigheden. Jouw persoonlijkheid en competenties zijn belangrijker dan enkel je diploma. Hier zijn enkele vereisten waar je aan moet voldoen:

  • Afgeronde opleiding in Architectuur, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal relevante werkervaring in woningbouwprojecten.
  • Communicatief sterk en overtuigend in je presentatie.
  • Leidinggevend, resultaatgericht en verantwoordelijk.
