Projectleider WTB - Amsterdam - Minimaal € 4.150,- en maximaal € 5.400,- bruto per maand - 38 uren per week De Projectleider WTB is verantwoordelijk voor een effectieve uitvoering van projecten; De Projectleider geeft sturing aan een groep medewerkers en leidt een technisch, logistiek en administratief team dat belast is met het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden inzake nieuwbouw, turnaround, shutdowns, regulier- en/of preventief/curatief onderhoud, modificaties en montage opdrachten aan productie en/of procesinstallaties. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen/beoordelen van de scope. - Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van technische specificaties. - Samenstellen en aanvragen (RFQ) voor diverse aanbestedingen. - Beoordelen offertes, technisch en commercieel. - Beoordeelt in de offertefase de werkzaamheden en adviseert aan de Project Manager/Voorbereidingscoördinator/Cost Controller inzake aanpak, uitvoering en kosten. - Is in overeenstemming met de planning verantwoordelijk voor het indelen van werkzaamheden naar vakdiscipline en capaciteiten van eigen en ingeleende medewerkers. - Draagt zorg voor de aanvraag van werkvergunningen en het opstellen van TRA's (Taak Risico Analyses); houdt toolboxmeeting en werkoverleg. - Verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van administratie (o.a. uren, bezetting, kosten) en draagt zorg voor zowel mondeling als schriftelijke rapportages. - Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opleveren van de werkzaamheden aan de opdrachtgever. - Toetst het uitgevoerde werk aan de opdracht en planning, verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie over het project Functie eisen: - In het bezit van een afgeronde HBO opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, Scheepswerktuigbouwkunde, Maritiem Officier of AOT - Werkervaring (minimaal 2 jaar) als (deel)Projectleide...
