Werken als Projectleider Zorg en Veiligheid vraagt om inzicht in gemeentelijke processen en complexe samenwerking. Je onderzoekt hoe zorg- en veiligheidstaken zijn georganiseerd en waar verbeteringen noodzakelijk zijn. Daarbij richt je je op de verbinding tussen beleid, uitvoering en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Je begeleidt de invoering of doorontwikkeling van de Aanpak Voorkoming Escalatie (AVE). Samen met teamleiders, beleidsadviseurs en ketenpartners maak je afspraken over verantwoordelijkheden, opschaling en informatie-uitwisseling. Je volgt de voortgang en onderzoekt of nieuwe werkprocessen aansluiten bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Je brengt partijen bij elkaar, maar durft ook besluiten voor te bereiden wanneer belangen botsen.
