Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van Stevige Lokale Teams en helpt bij de opvolging van de zelfscan Leidraad Werken aan Veiligheid. Daarnaast adviseer je over de lokale visie en opdracht op Zorg en Veiligheid en werk je mee aan de versterking van kennis, deskundigheid en mandaat van ’t Baken. Ook lever je een bijdrage aan de verdere inrichting van overlegstructuren en werkprocessen binnen het sociaal- en veiligheidsdomein. Wat ga je doen - Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van Stevige Lokale Teams en geeft opvolging aan de uitkomsten van de zelfscan ‘Leidraad Werken aan Veiligheid’. - Je adviseert over en draagt bij aan een lokale visie en opdracht op Zorg en Veiligheid. - Je versterkt de signalering en het bespreekbaar maken van het thema onveiligheid binnen ’t Baken. - Je versterkt kennis, deskundigheid en mandaat van ’t Baken. - Je begeleidt de doorontwikkeling van een 0-100 aanpak op basis van de Hervormingsagenda Jeugd en de ontwikkeling van Stevige Lokale Teams. - Je draagt bij aan de doorontwikkeling van de beleidsterreinen Zorg & Veiligheid naar aanleiding van de uitgevoerde analyse. - Je geeft sturing aan de verdere uitwerking die op de verschillende beleidsterreinen nodig is. - Je verstevigt en richt overlegstructuren in op uitvoerend, ambtelijk en bestuurlijk niveau. - Je draagt bij aan de Aanpak Voorkoming Escalatie (AVE) binnen de organisatie van de gemeente Lochem. - Je laat bestaande werkprocessen, werkafspraken en overlegstructuren aansluiten op de Aanpak Voorkoming Escalatie (AVE). - Je coördineert werkprocessen, stemt werkafspraken af en zet overleggen op die aansluiten bij de Aanpak Voorkoming Escalatie (AVE).
