Als Projectleider Spoorprojecten krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan cruciale spoorinfrastructuur in heel België. Je combineert verantwoordelijkheid, techniek en teamwork in een functie met echte impact. Als Projectleider Spoor sta je met één voet op kantoor en één voet op de werf. Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding, coördinatie en uitvoering van spoorprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met werfleiders, techniekers, leveranciers en klanten – en wordt een sleutelfiguur in de opvolging van lopende werven.

Functie omschrijving

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van (deel)planningen.
  • Ondersteuning van werfleiders bij organisatie, uitvoering en coördinatie.
  • Dagelijkse communicatie met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Toezicht houden op voortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf.
  • Helpen bij bestellingen, leveranciersopvolging, offertes en financiële controle.
  • Actieve deelname aan werf- en veiligheidsvergaderingen.
  • Opmaken van werfverslagen, rapportages en opvolgdocumenten.
  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Communicatief sterk, organisatorisch onderbouwd en gedreven om bij te leren.
  • Basiskennis techniek en materialen, of bereid dit intensief te leren.
  • Teamspeler die geleidelijk aan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Flexibel en bereid om in nacht-, vroege/late- en weekendshifts te werken.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands of Frans, en bereid om de andere taal bij te leren.
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist.
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office; VCA-vol of kennis van spoor/bovenleiding is een pluspunt.
