Projectmanagement ondersteuner voor natuurinformatie en natuurbeheer Wil jij bijdragen binnen een organisatie die zich inzet voor natuurbeheer en het ontwikkelen van natuurbeleid? Ben je sterk in organiseren, overzicht houden en verbinden en krijg je energie van verbeteren? Dan zoeken wij jou bij BIJ12! - Utrecht - 32 - 36 uur - Schaal 9 Wat ga je doen? Als PMO'er ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de unit Natuurinformatie en Natuurbeheer (NiNb). Je zorgt dat afspraken worden opgevolgd, informatie op de juiste plek terechtkomt en processen blijven lopen. Je ondersteunt de unitmanager, coördinator, projectleiders en inhoudelijke collega's en houdt zicht op wat er speelt en wat aandacht nodig heeft. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bereidt unit overleggen, kernteam overleggen en andere interne overleggen voor en zorgt voor goede opvolging van acties en afspraken. - Je bewaakt planningen, deadlines en voortgang en signaleert tijdig wanneer bijsturing nodig is. - Je ondersteunt projecten, programma's en onderzoeken binnen NiNb. - Je ondersteunt processen rondom inkoop, contracten, inhuur en financiën en houdt overzicht over wat er moet gebeuren. - Je draagt bij aan Planning & Control en het verbeteren van werkwijzen, bijvoorbeeld door informatie te verzamelen en structureren, templates en processen te verbeteren. - Je schakelt met financiën, inkoop en HR en zorgt dat vragen en acties op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je bent daarmee de spin in het web van de unit. Niet omdat je alles zelf doet, maar omdat je weet wat er speelt, wie je nodig hebt en wat er moet gebeuren om iets voor elkaar te krijgen. Uiteraard kun je sparren met je collega's en krijg je tijdens jouw inwerkperiode de juiste begeleiding. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je start je dag met een kop koffie of thee en opent je laptop.
