Integrale projecten Projectmanager Voltijd Integrale projecten Als Projectmanager geef je integraal leiding aan complexe en multidisciplinaire projecten binnen de buitenruimte, infra en GWW. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de projectdoelstellingen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, tijd, geld en klanttevredenheid. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het projectteam, de opdrachtgever, directie en andere betrokken stakeholders. Je geeft functioneel leiding aan het projectteam en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende disciplines. Daarbij houd je overzicht, stuur je op resultaat en signaleer je tijdig risico's, kansen en afwijkingen. Je verantwoordelijkheden Je geeft integraal én hiërarchisch leiding aan complexe en multidisciplinaire projecten en stuurt op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning, financiën en klanttevredenheid; Je geeft functioneel leiding aan het projectteam en stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling; Je bewaakt contractuele afspraken en stuurt op afwijkingen, wijzigingen, claims en een beheerst projectverloop; Je onderhoudt de relatie met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders en signaleert commerciële kansen binnen het project; Je stuurt op risico's, kansen, budgetten, prognoses, planning en voortgang en zorgt voor tijdige bijsturing; Je borgt kwaliteit, veiligheid, compliance en betrouwbare projectrapportages en zorgt voor een goede overdracht en afronding van het project. Wat wij van je vragen Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen complexe infra-, GWW-, buitenruimte- of onderhoudsprojecten; Je hebt minimaal HBO+ werk- en denkniveau; Je hebt ruime ervaring met hiërarchisch én functioneel leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire projectteams; Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en weet verschillende belangen te verbinden en projecten in goede banen te leiden; Je bent besluitvaardig, organisatiesensitief, communica...
