Met richting, initiatief en een betrouwbare aanpak breng je opdrachtgevers, ontwerpteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers samen. - Aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams vanaf de DO/TO-fase. - Adviseren tijdens de SO-, VO- en DO-fase en bijdragen aan maakbare ontwerpen. - Organiseren van projectactiviteiten, inkoop en overlegmomenten. - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en risico's. - Opleveren van resultaten en onderhouden van heldere contacten met alle betrokkenen. Je werkt aan projecten binnen woningbouw, commercieel vastgoed, zorg, onderwijs en sport & cultuur. Daarbij geef je ruimte aan samenwerking, overtuig je betrokkenen met inhoudelijke argumenten en stuur je tijdig bij wanneer omstandigheden daarom vragen. Functie-eisen Voor deze rol zoeken we een ervaren bouwprofessional die overzicht houdt en belangen zorgvuldig verbindt. Je werkt klantgericht, neemt eigenaarschap en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. Ook wanneer projecten onder druk staan, blijf je plannen, organiseren en resultaatgericht handelen. - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager, Projectleider of in een vergelijkbare bouwfunctie. - Kennis van bouwprocessen, budgetbewaking, planning...
