Ministerie van Economische Zaken (EZ) place Den Haag schedule 24 UUR Functieomschrijving - Het Ministerie van Economische Zaken (EZK) en LVVN zoekt een projectmanager voor de transitie naar een nieuwe eHerkenning-leverancier. - De transitie omvat afstemming met betrokken partijen, regelen en afgeven van machtigingen, opstellen van inkooporders en het afronden van het oude contract. - Daarnaast moet er een PIA worden uitgevoerd voor de implementatie, budgetverificatie plaatsvinden en interne processen voor eHerkenning-aanvragen worden aangepast. - De projectmanager zorgt voor de communicatie over proceswijzigingen en draagt zorg dat alle operationele en administratieve stappen tijdig zijn afgerond. - Inzet: 3 dagen per week gedurende circa 4 maanden; transitie afgerond uiterlijk 31-01-2027. Werkplek: Den Haag (Ministerie van EZK). Vereist profiel De ideale kandidaat is een ervaren project- en implementatiemanager die zelfstandig de transitie naar de nieuwe eHerkenning-dienstverlener kan leiden, sterk kan samenwerken met stakeholders en resultaatgericht levert binnen de gestelde termijn. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met implementatiemanagement. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement. - Aantoonbare ervaring met transitie- of implementatietaken zoals machtigingen regelen, inkooporders opstellen, contractafronding en budgetverificatie. - Ervaring met of kennis van privacy impact assessments (PIA) en beveiligingsaspecten bij identiteitsdiensten. - Kennis van en/of ervaring met eHerkenning is een sterke pré. - Competenties: resultaatgerichtheid, overtuigingskracht, organisatie‑sensitiviteit en een sterke samenwerkingsgerichte houding. - Beschikbaarheid: ca. 3 dagen per week gedurende 4 maanden; start- en beschikbaarheidsdatum opgave vereist. - Type kandidaat: zelfstandig professional of leverancier (mogelijkheid tot aanleveren van kandidaten via leverancier).
