Ben jij een talentvolle projectmanager met oog voor detail én gevoel voor creatieve processen? Krijg jij energie van het coördineren van meerdere projecten tegelijk binnen een dynamische internationale omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Voor deze productie studio zoeken wij een Project Manager met ongeveer 2–3 jaar ervaring. In deze rol werk je voor een grote internationale klant en krijg je de kans om veel te leren binnen een professionele en creatieve omgeving. Als Project Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van uiteenlopende projecten, met de focus op packaging en creatieve producties. Jij bewaakt de planning, houdt overzicht over alle lopende trajecten en zorgt ervoor dat teams, stakeholders en deadlines perfect op elkaar aansluiten.

Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten en collega's in Nederland, België en Duitsland en weet moeiteloos prioriteiten te stellen binnen een dynamische werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Coördineren en managen van diverse packaging- en creatieve projecten

• Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, deadlines en projectvoortgang

• Aansturen en afstemmen van interne teams en externe stakeholders

• Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en capaciteitsvraagstukken

• Proactief aandragen van oplossingen en optimalisaties in processen

• Zorgen voor heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen

• Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en verwachtingen gedurende het projectproces

Functie-eisen: - Circa 2–4 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagement-, traffic- of studiomanagementrol

• Affiniteit met design, packaging en creatieve workflows

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om overzicht te houden

• Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders

• Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid

• Ervaring binnen een internationale werkomgeving is een pré

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
