senior Projectmanager infra (Verleggen Stamriool) Draag jij vanuit jouw passie en ruimtelijk expertise bij aan de transformatie en verduurzaming van de dynamische stad Eindhoven? Geef jij je (project)leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring letterlijk ruim baan ten gunste van de verbetering van de infrastructuur (project verleggen Stamriool Stationsgebied Noord) in de stad om daarmee je bijdrage te leveren aan de mobiliteitstransitie? Dan hebben wij dé vacature! Jouw rol: De stad Eindhoven is volop in ontwikkeling. De ontwikkeling concentreert zich vooral in het gehele gebied in de binnenring (met name het centrum). Tijdens deze transitie moet de stad een aantrekkelijke plek blijven waar volop geleefd wordt. Dat betekent dat we in de stad duizenden extra woningen en voorzieningen gaan toevoegen. Ontwikkelopgaven zijn bijvoorbeeld internationale Knoop XL (9.000 woningen & ondergronds busstation & spoor), Stadshart Woensel (3.000 woningen), HOV4 en projecten als het Stadhuisplein (800 woningen), VDMA (680 woningen & kantoren), de Brainport Innovatie Campus en aardgasvrije wijken. In de gebiedsontwikkeling in het stationsgebied gaat het busstation ondergronds. Om dit en meerdere ontwikkelingen in het stationsgebied mogelijk te maken moet het stamriool verlegd worden, om daarmee ruimte te creeren voor het realiseren van een ondergronds busstation en meerdere ontwikkelingen in het stationsgebied. Dit is een ingrijpende ingreep in de ondergrond en vraagt ook een herinrichting van de openbare ruimte boven het stamriool. Dit jaar moet een voorlopig ontwerp gereed zijn met het definitief ontwerp in 2027 waarna de opdracht tot realisatie met als deadline 2029. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van dit complexe project met grote breedte en diepgang en/of politiek bestuurlijke gevoeligheid, van projectplan tot en met de uitvoering en oplevering, om het gevraagde projectresultaat op te leveren binnen gestelde kaders. - Je coördineert,...
