Organisatie Het bedrijf bouwt gespecialiseerde technische systemen voor Luxe Jachten, waaronder geavanceerde toegangssystemen, hijsoplossingen, bewegende dekdelen, instapvoorzieningen en aandrijfcomponenten. Alles wordt volledig op maat gemaakt. De totale realisatie van een project beslaat doorgaans meerdere jaren. Het project team bestaat uit een Projectmanager, Projectwerkvoorbereider, Projectengineer, Voormannen van de productieafdelingen en een Projectcontroller. Er werken in totaal ongeveer 100 mensen bij dit bedrijf. Functie Als Projectmanager neem je de volledige regie over het project, vanaf de eerste conceptfase tot aan de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je fungeert als spil tussen klant en interne teams, plant en leidt overleggen en houdt strak zicht op planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, budget en de totale klantervaring. Een greep uit de taken: Leidinggeven aan projectteams en zorgen dat ieder onderdeel soepel samenkomt; Opstellen van projectplannen, begrotingen en realistische planningen; Coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen Engineering, Productie en klant; Signaleren van kansen, risico’s en noodzakelijke bijsturing; Zorgen voor een strakke voortgangsrapportage en heldere communicatie naar alle stakeholders. Functie-eisen Als Projectmanager beschik jij over: HBO werk- en denkniveau met een technische achtergrond binnen de Werktuigbouwkunde of Maritieme Techniek; Aantoonbare ervaring met Projectmanagement in een technische productie-omgeving; Overzicht, besluitvaardigheid en een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid; Communicatieve skills waarmee jij teams verbindt en klanten meeneemt; Drive om continu te verbeteren en projecten naar een hoger niveau t

tillen. Aanbod Wat kan jij als Projectmanager terug verwachten voor je inspanningen?
