Klantenrelaties, veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit kruisen elkaar in deze rol precies in het midden. Op dat kruispunt sta jij, de projectmanager die ervoor zorgt dat deze vier aspecten mooi in balans blijven en zo perfect mogelijk worden bewaakt.

Jij zal de regio's van West- en Oost-Vlaanderen voor je rekening nemen samen met de projecten in Zeeland.

  • Coördinatie en opvolging van projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering
  • Onderhouden van contacten met bestaande klanten en detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten
  • Opmaak en opvolging van offertes, prijsaanvragen en bestellingen
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van werfleiders en uitvoerende teams
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit tijdens de uitvoering
  • Opvolgen van facturatie en administratieve projectafhandeling
  • Periodieke veiligheidsinspecties en overleg rond veiligheidsmaatregelen
  • Identificeren van risico’s en bijdragen aan projectgebonden veiligheidsplannen
  • Relevante ervaring binnen straal- en schilderwerken of een gelijkaardige industriële omgeving
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van Engels en/of Duits
  • Goede kennis van het Office-pakket, in het bijzonder Word en Excel
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bereidheid om verschillende projectlocaties te bezoeken
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te begeleiden
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
