Je leidt complexe projecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Denk aan nieuwe proposities, implementaties, systeemkoppelingen en organisatie brede verbetertrajecten. Je werkt op het snijvlak van business en IT en hebt een directe invloed op hoe zorgorganisaties efficiënter en slimmer kunnen werken. Concrete plannen met zichtbare resultaten waar de organisatie én klanten echt iets aan hebben. Zo ziet jouw dag eruit Je start je dag met een kop koffie en een kort praatje met je collega-projectmanagers. Even bijpraten, lachen en je mail doornemen. Daarna duik je al snel de inhoud in: een overleg met de stuurgroep van een nieuw CRM-project staat op de planning. Je presenteert waar het project staat, zorgt dat iedereen gefocust blijft op de doelen, je vraagt aandacht voor de risico's en mitigerende maatregelen en geeft een doorkijk naar wat er komen gaat. Terug aan je bureau werk je een aantal acties uit en stem je via mail en korte calls af met stakeholders. Niet veel later zit je aan tafel met de directie om een nieuw initiatief te bespreken - strategisch, uitdagend en precies waar jij energie van krijgt. Na een verzorgde lunch maak je een wandeling, speel je een potje tafeltennis of stap je in de racesimulator met collega's. Daarna is het tijd om weer te schakelen: samen met je projectteam werk je aan een koppeling tussen het softwarepraktijkpakket van Vertimart, wat draait bij de tandartsen en Infomedics ten behoeve van het declaratieproces. Je houdt overzicht, helpt knelpunten oplossen en zorgt dat het team vooruit blijft gaan. Dan kijk je wat er de volgende week op het programma staat en of alles is voorbereid. Aan het einde van de dag werk je nog wat mails weg, check je je planning voor morgen ...
