We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager who can serve our (inter)national customers to the highest standard and ensure the success of every project. Are you ready for this role? Then we want to hear from you! Your challenge As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the structured and technical execution of projects for our clients. You ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed financial, quality, and time constraints. Once the signed project confirmation is received, your project officially begins. You prepare a risk management plan and develop a project schedule in consultation with the Engineering department. Next, you allocate the project budget and assemble a project team, involving third parties when outsourcing certain tasks. Throughout the project, you maintain close contact with the client. This starts with a site visit, during which you may also take measurements if necessary. You discuss the technical design with the client and coordinate any changes in scope. You lead the engineers and ensure that all required drawings and specifications are available. With a hands-on mentality, you also perform preparatory tasks yourself, such as purchasing materials and overseeing project logistics. During the project, you conduct site assessments and keep the client informed of progress. As Project Manager, you are the person who monitors the project schedule, scope, and budget, making adjustments when deviations occur. You report to management and ensure proper project documentation and reporting. Upon project completion, you coordinate any remaining items with the client, analyze the differences between preliminary and final calculations, and provide the necessary data for accurate client invoicing.
