Projectmanager Jouw bijdrage Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zo efficiënt mogelijk voorbereiden en realiseren van diverse utiliteitsgebouwen, met name voor de zorg, het onderwijs, het openbaar bestuur en de watermarkt. Je bent er verantwoordelijk voor dat deze projecten soepel draaien en zowel naar opdrachtgevers als naar ADS Groep het gewenste resultaat opleveren. Gedurende het project geef je leiding aan een projectteam, bestaande uit projectcoördinatoren, werkvoorbereiders, tekenaars, uitvoerders en eventueel een projectleider. Je beheert het contract en daarmee het project met de beheers factoren tijd, geld, kwaliteit, informatie en organisatie. Het verzorgen van financiële rapportages en projectprognose behoren tot je werkzaamheden. Hiervoor stel je projectplanningen op en controleer en bewaak je het budget, de kwaliteit en de voortgang van de projecten. Ook het zo optimaal mogelijk inzetten van medewerkers, materiaal en middelen behoren tot je werkzaamheden. Daarnaast zie je toe en draag je zorg voor de naleving van VGM en de kwaliteitsplannen. Als projectmanager zorg jij ervoor dat jouw project op tijd, binnen budget en naar volle tevredenheid wordt opgeleverd. Jouw kennis & ervaring Jij bent de coachende leider die resultaatgericht en mensgericht is ingesteld, die knopen doorhakt en initiatief toont. Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig, commercieel gericht en weet jij als geen ander hoe jij jouw team moet enthousiasmeren. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich (idealiter) herkent in het volgende: - je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig niveau verkregen door ervaring; - minimaal 5 - 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke fun...
