Als Projectmanager Offshore SCADA-Systemen bij TenneT krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over bedrijfskritische SCADA- en OT-projecten binnen het offshore elektriciteitsnet. Van systeemupgrades en digitalisering tot uitbreiding en vervanging van essentiële infrastructuur. Een uitdagende functie waarin techniek, projectmanagement en de energietransitie samenkomen . Dit ga je doen Als Projectmanager SCADA ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van complexe technische projecten binnen de offshore-organisatie. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen onder andere Engineering, Operations, Asset Management, Cybersecurity en externe partners. Daarbij houd jij overzicht over het volledige project, zowel technisch als organisatorisch. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Complexe SCADA- en OT-projecten van begin tot eind leidt - Multidisciplinaire technische teams coördineert en richting geeft - Verantwoordelijk bent voor scope, planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's - Intensief samenwerkt met interne stakeholders, technische specialisten en externe partijen - Stuurt op vergunningen, regelgeving, technische specificaties en contractuele afspraken - Projecten begeleidt van engineering en uitvoering tot FAT, SAT, commissioning en uiteindelijke overdracht - Risico's én kansen vroegtijdig signaleert en hier actief op stuurt - Meewerkt aan het verder professionaliseren van de projectorganisatie - Jouw ervaring inzet om junior projectmanagers te begeleiden en verder te ontwikkelen Werken aan techniek die ertoe doet Binnen de Offshore-divisie werk je rechtstreeks aan de infrastructuur die nodig is voor de verdere ontwikkeling van wind...
