Wij zijn op zoek naar jou: een Projectmanager die het team van Wilma Wonen in Utrecht komt versterken en om met ons samen te werken aan toonaangevende residentiële projecten. De functie Je maakt deel uit van het team Projectontwikkeling en legt verantwoording af aan de Directeur Projectontwikkeling. Binnen de projecten werk je onder regie van de Projectontwikkelaar en breng je jouw bouwkundige expertise in vanaf het VO tot start bouw of, afhankelijk van het project, tot de oplevering. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectontwikkelaars, adviseurs, aannemers, gemeenten en andere stakeholders. Waar de Projectontwikkelaar verantwoordelijk is voor het totale ontwikkeltraject, richt jij je op de bouwkundige en uitvoeringsgerichte begeleiding van projecten. Je beoordeelt de uitvoerbaarheid van plannen, bewaakt de bouwkundige kwaliteit en zorgt voor grip op planning, kosten en procesbeheersing. In afstemming met de Projectontwikkelaar stuur je het bouwteam aan gedurende de verdere planvorming en de daaropvolgende projectfasen. Je zorgt dat het bouwteam effectief samenwerkt en dat ontwerp- en uitvoeringskeuzes bijdragen aan een beheersbaar bouwproces. Je contracteert adviseurs en aannemers, beoordeelt technische vraagstukken en geeft inhoudelijk advies gedurende het gehele traject. Ook neem je deel aan interne projectteams en vertegenwoordig je Wilma Wonen in externe projectgroepen met gemeenten, corporaties, beleggers en andere stakeholders. Daarnaast beheer je tijdelijke exploitaties en draag je bij aan het verder professionaliseren van de sturing op ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering.
