Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een belangrijke speler in de ontwikkeling van bouwgronden en het realiseren van residentiële nieuwbouwprojecten. De koper kan op ieder moment instappen in het bouwproces; hoe vroeger hoe meer inspraak in keuzes. Men bouwt zowel woningen als appartementsgebouwen. Men werkt met betrouwbare onderaannemers.

Over je nieuwe functie

  • Om je in te werken zal je in eerste instantie vooral de uitvoering van bouwprojecten opvolgen.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de planning wordt nageleefd en zorgt voor een goede coördinatie van alle betrokken partijen.
  • Daarna krijg je de kans om je verantwoordelijkheden uit te breiden naar de volledige ontwikkelingsfase.
  • Je voert haalbaarheidsstudies en rendabiliteitsanalyses uit voor potentiële projecten.
  • Je coördineert de vergunningsaanvragen en zorgt voor naleving van alle voorschriften, in samenwerking met de andere afdelingen.
  • Je beheert het traject naar uitvoeringsplannen, aanbestedingsfase ten afsluiten van contracten.
  • Je stuurt tot slot ook de sales luik aan; opmaak commerciële lastenboeken, prijssetting, verkoopovereenkomst enz.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?

  • Je bent Burgerlijk of Industrieel ingenieur Bouwkunde of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Architect van opleiding.
  • Je hebt voldoende ervaring in zowel de uitvoerings- als ontwikkelingskant van residentiële bouwprojecten.
  • Je beschikt zowel over bouwtechnische als commerciële en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een analytische denker die innovatieve woonconcepten aandraagt en weet te verdedigen.
