Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Voor onze klant met een vestigingen West-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen, zijn we op zoek naar een Projectmanager Automatisatie, je mag ook een ervaren Projectleider zijn die op zoek is naar de volgende stap in zijn/haar carrière.

Als Projectmanager Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle realisatie van uitdagende automatiseringsprojecten binnen infrastructuur-, waterbouwkundige en industriële omgevingen. Je bewaakt het volledige projecttraject en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget succesvol worden opgeleverd.

  • Je coördineert en stuurt automatiseringsprojecten aan van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met opdrachtgevers en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie gedurende het volledige project.
  • Je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar technisch haalbare en efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectingenieurs, servicetechniekers en andere specialisten om projecten succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je organiseert, leidt en documenteert project- en werfvergaderingen.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering op de werf actief op en biedt ondersteuning bij technische en organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budgetten, risico’s en projectdoelstellingen en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig.
  • Je coördineert de nodige aankopen en projectgebonden bestellingen in samenwerking met interne diensten.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en contractuele afspraken.
  • Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan complexe en indrukwekkende installaties die een blijvende impact hebben op de Belgische infrastructuur.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische projectomgeving en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Een masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Een brede kennis van industriële automatisatie, elektromechanica en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Ervaring met multidisciplinaire projecten en samenwerking met externe partners, aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Interesse in grootschalige technische projecten binnen havens, sluizen, bruggen, waterwegen en industriële installaties.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap met respect voor collega’s, techniekers en uitvoerende teams.
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met werf- en projectvergaderingen.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.
  • Kennis van de wetgeving betreffende overheidsopdrachten is een leuke troef, indien niet –) leren we je dit wel
