The posting

Projectmanager AV & IT (International) (m/f/x) Breda What will I do? I take ownership of international AV/IT projects from order acceptance through installation, delivery and final handover to Service. Working closely with customers, colleagues, suppliers and installation partners across multiple countries, I ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: - I lead projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to successful handover. - I manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, quality standards, risks and change requests. - I coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Work Preparation, Installation and Service teams. - I act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain clear stakeholder communication. - I organise project meetings, track actions, monitor progress and take corrective action when required. - I coordinate international colleagues, suppliers and installation partners across different countries and time zones. - I oversee installation and acceptance activities for meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration environments and international roll-out projects. - I maintain project documentation and ensure a professional transition into the service phase. Preferred qualifications - Bachelor/HBO degree in Business, Engineering, IT, AV, Project Management or a related discipline. - AVIXA CTS, PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Agile or comparable project management certification. - Experience managing international technical, AV/IT or enterprise roll-out projects. - Knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable planning tools. - Additional European languages. My knowledge and experience I combine strong project management expertise with a structured and customer-focused approach.
