HBO Raalte 40 / De Functie Jij als projectmanager bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van klantspecifieke maatwerkprojecten. Vanaf het eerste commerciële contact tot en met de overdracht aan de klantteams stuur je op technische maakbaarheid, planning, kwaliteit en commerciële afspraken. Je opereert zelfstandig en fungeert als spil in multidisciplinaire teams met onder andere engineering, design, inkoop, calculatie, logistiek, de financiële afdeling, service en productie. Je schakelt moeiteloos met interne stakeholders en internationale klanten. Met jouw technische expertise en commerciële inzicht vertaal je klantvragen naar realiseerbare oplossingen binnen tijd, scope en budget. Dit ga je doen: - Je start het project na het interne akkoord en vertaalt samen met sales de klantwensen naar technische specificaties en haalbare oplossingen. - Je organiseert interne afstemming tussen engineering, design, inkoop, calculatie, logistiek, service en productie om het project goed op te zetten. - Je begeleidt het traject van demo tot en met de eerste productieserie. - Je beheert intensieve (internationale) klantrelaties en zet de feedback uit de demo om in bruikbare input voor het projectteam - Je stuurt actief op kostprijs, ontwerpaanpassingen en commerciële afspraken in samenwerking met Sales. - Je houdt rekening met productiemethodes, aantallen, wetgeving, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stemt productopbouw en klant specifieke eisen af met de uitvoerende teams. - Je laat stuklijsten maken in het ERP-systeem en stemt met inkoop en productie af over haalbaarheid, voorraden en doorlooptijden. - Je draagt zorg voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van product en proces naar de klantenteams en borgt alle technische documentatie in ons ERP-systeem. - Je evalueert met betrokken afdelingen op kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en klanttevredenheid e...
