Projectmanager NBA-programma Cyberweerbaarheid Emmen Van 2026-11-09 tot 2027-10-31 Optie op verlenging 16 - 16 uur per week Functieomschrijving Aanleiding DCTerra wil de NBA-statements voor cyberweerbaarheid gefaseerd naar niveau 3 brengen. Voor de statements binnen de CyberWeerbaarheidsPool (CWP) is oktober 2027 de doelstelling; voor de overige statements geldt oktober 2030. Uit de analyse blijkt dat de belangrijkste uitdaging ligt in de onderlinge afhankelijkheden tussen processen, afdelingen en verantwoordelijken en in het verandervermogen van de organisatie. De verbeteropgave raakt de gehele organisatie. Omdat voortgang binnen een statementcluster regelmatig afhankelijk is van besluiten, capaciteit of bewijsvoering in andere domeinen, wordt de opgave ingericht als een organisatiebreed verbeterprogramma en nadrukkelijk niet uitsluitend als een ICT-project. Doel van de opdracht De projectmanager zet het NBA-programma Cyberweerbaarheid voort en geeft leiding aan de realisatie. De opdracht is gericht op het creëren van overzicht en samenhang, het actief managen van afhankelijkheden en het signaleren, adresseren en waar nodig escaleren van blokkades die de voortgang belemmeren. De projectmanager zorgt dat CvB, MT-eigenaren, statementeigenaren, kartrekkers en uitvoerende teams vanuit één programmatische aanpak werken en tijdig kunnen bijsturen. Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden - Inrichten en laten functioneren van de programma-, overleg- en rapportagestructuur, met duidelijke rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en escalatielijnen. - Vertalen van bestaande analyses, audits en aanbevelingen, naar concrete, geprioriteerde en uitvoerbare verbeteracties. - Opstellen, actualiseren en bewaken van een integrale verbeteragenda inclusief mijlpalen, afhankelijkheden, risico's, capaciteit en besluitpunten. - Bewaken van de samenhang tussen statementclusters, bedrijfsprocessen en betrokken organisatieonderdelen. - Organiseren en beg...
