Als Projectmanager Bedrijfshuisvesting ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van huisvestingsprojecten. Van het eerste idee en investeringsvoorstel tot de oplevering en ingebruikname. Je werkt aan gebouwen die direct bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van onze ondernemingen. De producten en processen van onze werkmaatschappijen vormen het uitgangspunt voor ieder project. Jij vertaalt deze behoeften naar toekomstbestendige bedrijfsgebouwen waarin productie, techniek, energie, logistiek en kwaliteit samenkomen. Daarbij bouwen we niet alleen voor vandaag, maar creëren we huisvestingsoplossingen die ruimte bieden voor toekomstige groei en flexibiliteit, altijd met een praktische en kostenbewuste aanpak. Je komt terecht in een compacte vastgoedafdeling van drie professionals met ieder hun eigen expertise en achtergrond. Binnen het team krijg je veel zelfstandigheid, maar ook collega's waarmee je kunt sparren over technische, financiële en organisatorische vraagstukken. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met specialisten binnen VDL op het gebied van duurzaamheid, veiligheid, subsidies en energie. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmanager Bedrijfshuisvesting ben je de professionele adviseur en sparringpartner van onze werkmaatschappijen.
