Wil jij complexe bouwprojecten aansturen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen van opstart tot oplevering?

Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler in beton- en kelderbouw, ingebed in een internationale bouwgroep met meerdere vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland. Je combineert er de slagkracht van een grote organisatie met de betrokkenheid van een familiebedrijf. Technische expertise, innovatie en duurzaamheid staan centraal in hun aanpak.

Voor de verdere uitbouw van de afdeling zoeken we een Projectmanager die het overzicht bewaart, teams motiveert en projecten technisch en financieel op koers houdt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Bouwkunde, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager binnen de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring in beton-, funderings- of kelderbouw is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met commercieel inzicht en een goed begrip van projectfinanciën.
  • Je communiceert helder, motiveert teams en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een resultaatgerichte teamspeler die ook op de werf praktisch meedenkt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je leidt meerdere beton- en kelderbouwprojecten van opstart tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je coördineert de werfploegen en werkt nauw samen met de werfleiders om een vlotte uitvoering te verzekeren.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en onderaannemers.
  • Je organiseert werfvergaderingen, volgt afspraken op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële resultaten en vertaalt risico's en opportuniteiten naar concrete acties.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere uitvoeringsmethodes en draagt bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de afdeling.
