Projectmanager Beveiliging **Ben jij een projectmanager die energie krijgt van een dynamische logistieke omgeving?*** Voor onze afdeling Beveiliging zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige projectmanager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor onze beveiligingsdienstverlening op logistieke locaties. Als projectmanager ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als de operatie en zorg je ervoor dat verwachtingen, kwaliteit en uitvoering naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. **Wat ga je doen?*** Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, organiseren en optimaliseren van de beveiligingsdienstverlening op diverse logistieke locaties in de regio. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, planners, teamleiders en beveiligers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening. **Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:** · Het aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van beveiligers en teamleiders; · Het bewaken van de personele bezetting en operationele continuïteit op logistieke objecten; · Het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het voeren van evaluatie- en voortgangsgesprekken; · Het analyseren van operationele prestaties en het nemen van verbetermaatregelen; · Het signaleren en implementeren van proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen; · Het behandelen van klachten, incidenten en veiligheidsvraagstukken; · Het opstellen, analyseren en bespreken van rapportages met klanten en management; · Het bijdragen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze dienstverlening binnen de logistieke sector. **Wat bieden wij jou?*** · Een salaris vanaf €2.816 tot 4.658 bruto per maand op basis van ervaring en achtergrond; · Een fulltime functie met standplaats Venlo; · Werktijden voornamelijk tijdens kantooruren; · Extra vergoedingen voor piketdiensten; · Reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregeling en 38 verlofdagen; · Extra voordelen via Benefits at Work en FiscFree; · Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, zelfstand...
