HBO Raalte 40 / De Functie Pan Oston Met 200 collega's werken we elke dag aan slimme, innovatieve oplossingen voor grote namen in de Retail- en Restaurantmarkt. We zijn nuchter, open en ambitieus. Op de afdeling ETO ( Engineering to Order) zit je in het hart van de organisatie. ETO is betrokken bij alle afdelingen en vanaf de verkoopfase tot en met oplevering. Als projectmanager bij Pan Oston coördineer je vanaf het eerste (internationale) klantcontact toten met de oplevering de maatwerkprojecten voor onze klanten. Bij een maatwerkproject kun je denken aan bijvoorbeeld zelfscankassa's van grote supermarktketens en bestelzuilen voor fastfoodrestaurants. Je werkt in een klein projectteam, lokaal in Raalte maar jouw werkveld is groot en internationaal. Dit ga je doen: - Je begeleidt het traject van demo tot en met de eerste productieserie. - Bij de start van het project vertaal je samen met sales de klantwensen naar technische - specificaties en haalbare oplossingen. - Je organiseert interne afstemming tussen engineering, design, inkoop, calculatie, - logistiek, service, productie en de financiële afdelingen om het project goed op te zetten. - Je houdt rekening met productiemethodes, aantallen, wetgeving, kwaliteit, prijs en veiligheid en stemt product- en klant specifieke eisen af met de afdelingen. - Je laat stuklijsten maken in het ERP-systeem en stemt met inkoop en productie af over - haalbaarheid en voorraden. - Je draagt zorg voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van product en proces naar de - klantenteams en borgt alle technische documentatie in ons ERP-systeem. - Je evalueert met betrokken afdelingen op kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en klanttevredenheid en levert een actieve bijdrage aan standaardisatie en - optimalisatie. - Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde vastlegging van projecten, van projectplan tot e...
