ICT-budget te besteden naar eigen inzicht Eigen laptop, telefoon en accessoires met €1.800 startbudget en €600 per jaar voor vernieuwing en aankoop nieuwe accessoires. Jouw rol als projectmanager Bouw en Vastgoed • leidt zelfstandig bouwprojecten van a tot z, van eerste verkenning tot oplevering • adviseert opdrachtgevers bij complexe vastgoedvraagstukken en brengt helderheid in keuzes • fungeert als strategisch aanspreekpunt en begeleidt opdrachtgevers bij cruciale beslissingen • draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van junior en medior collega's binnen het team • tilt projecten naar een hoger niveau: van initiatief tot realisatie, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, kosten en rendement wat breng je mee Je neemt een stevige basis mee om projecten in bouw en vastgoed met vertrouwen en overzicht te kunnen leiden: • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de vastgoedwereld • minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het leiden van vastgoedprojecten, bij voorkeur binnen een publieke of semipublieke omgeving • sterke advies- en communicatievaardigheden: je weet opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en projectteams mee te nemen in keuzes • conceptueel inzicht en een relevant netwerk binne...
