Voor een gespecialiseerde bouwpartner in de hippische sector zoeken wij een Uitvoerend Projectmanager met technische slagkracht, organisatorisch talent en een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar de wereld van ruiters en paardenliefhebbers.

In deze rol leid je prestigieuze bouwprojecten van A tot Z – van planning tot uitvoering – en zorg je ervoor dat elk project op tijd, binnen budget en tot in de puntjes wordt opgeleverd.

Wat je doet Als projectmanager ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op én naast de werf. Je zorgt voor structuur, vooruitgang en kwaliteit. En je weet klanten, architecten en onderaannemers te verbinden rond één doel: perfect uitgevoerde projecten.

Concreet:

  • Je leidt hippische bouwprojecten van concept tot oplevering
  • Je coördineert de volledige workflow: van voorbereiding tot uitvoering
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectvoorbereiders, calculators en ondersteunende diensten
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, deadlines, veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen en stuurt montageploegen en onderaannemers aan
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en leveranciers
  • Je volgt vorderingen van nabij op en stuurt proactief bij
  • Je rapporteert aan het hoofd Uitvoering
  • Een ervaren werfleider of projectmanager die structuur brengt en vooruitgang boekt. Wat je meebrengt:
  • Ervaring in projectopvolging binnen de bouwsector
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve skills
  • Vlot in het Frans en Engels
  • Affiniteit met de hippische wereld is mooi meegenomen – interesse is een must
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar houdt van overleg
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, maar verliest de grote lijn niet
