Ben jij iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt en energie haalt uit het opvolgen van technische projecten van A tot Z?

Voor een internationale speler binnen bouwtechnieken zoeken we een Project Manager die graag het verschil maakt op de werf en in de opvolging nadien. Vanuit de site in regio Gent werk je mee aan projecten rond brandveiligheid, met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte uitvoering.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar techniek en praktijk hand in hand gaan. Geen puur bureauwerk, maar een dynamische rol waarbij je ’s ochtends op de werf staat en in de namiddag zorgt dat alles administratief en organisatorisch klopt. Verwacht korte lijnen, veel verantwoordelijkheid en rechtstreeks contact met klanten en partners.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je start projecten op ter plaatse en volgt ze actief op, met werven in Oost-Vlaanderen en aangrenzende regio's
  • In overleg met klanten, aannemers en interne teams zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie en duidelijke afspraken
  • Tijdens wekelijkse projectmeetings in regio Gent stem je de voortgang af en zorg je dat alles volgens planning verloopt
  • De combinatie tussen werfbezoeken en administratie zorgt voor een gevarieerde werkdag, waarbij je het overzicht bewaart
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en uitvoering, en grijpt in waar nodig om projecten succesvol af te ronden
  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Daarnaast heb je een eerste ervaring binnen projectopvolging of ben je sterk gemotiveerd om hierin te groeien
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt gestructureerd en neemt initiatief
