In deze interimfunctie krijg je de leiding over de uitvoering van uiteenlopende CAPEX-projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden gerealiseerd: van de voorbereiding van de bouwfase tot commissioning en overdracht aan de operatie. De komende twee jaar zul je gaan werken in een dynamische productie omgeving die 24/7 produceert. Het is een toonaangevende fabriek die bekend staat om haar innovatieve karakter, lange dienstverbanden van werknemers en historie. Functieomschrijving Als Projectmanager capex ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van CAPEX-projecten op locatie. Je vormt de belangrijke schakel tussen engineering, contractors, leveranciers en de operationele organisatie en houdt gedurende de uitvoering grip op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en kosten. De projecten kunnen mono- of multidisciplinair van aard zijn. Denk aan WTB, elektrotechnisch maar ook civiel en bouwkundig. De projecten waaraan je werkt zijn zeer divers en kunnen plaatsvinden binnen verschillende onderdelen van de productielocatie. Afhankelijk van wat er op dat moment binnen de fabriek nodig is, pak je verschillende technische en bouwkundige projecten op. Hierdoor werk je in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen project hetzelfde is. Je stuurt contractors en subcontractors aan, bewaakt de voortgang op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens de afgesproken scope en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden uitgevoerd.
