Ben jij een ervaren Projectmanager Civiele Techniek die energie krijgt van complexe infrastructurele projecten? Organisatie Dit ingenieursbureau levert technische kennis om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen en projecten te realiseren. Ze houden zich bezig met het ontwerpen, berekenen en verbeteren van constructies zoals bruggen, gebouwen, installaties en infrastructuur. Ze werken daarbij samen met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en overheden om ideeën om te zetten in haalbare en veilige oplossingen. Functie Als Projectmanager Civiele Techniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het integraal aansturen van civieltechnische projecten in verschillende projectfasen. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, zoals gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het leiden van civieltechnische projecten vanaf de initiatief- en verkenningsfase tot en met de realisatie en oplevering Het aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams bestaande uit ontwerpers, adviseurs, contractmanagers, omgevingsmanagers, projectbeheersers en uitvoerende partijen Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, risico’s en scope Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders Het signaleren van kansen en risico’s en het sturen op passende maatregelen Het bijdragen aan offertes, aanbestedingen en acquisitietrajecten Het creëren van verbinding tussen technische inhoud, projectbelangen en bestuurlijke verwachtingen Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere projecten tegelijk of neem je de leiding over grotere en meer complexe opgaven Functie-eisen Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding richting Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar Ervaring met het managen van civieltechnische projecten Kennis van contractvormen zoals RAW, UAV(-GC), bouwteam- en tweefasencontracten Ervaring met projecten binnen of
