Deze klant gelegen te Puurs-Sint-Amands, is een toonaangevende speler in de bouwsector, gespecialiseerd in aluminium gevelconstructies. Zij ontwerpen, produceren en installeren innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen voor bouwprojecten. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klanttevredenheid, zijn zij op zoek naar een ervaren PROJECTMANAGER om hun team te versterken.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als PROJECTMANAGER:

  • Je stuurt projecten van start tot oplevering aan, met focus op aluminium gevelconstructies;
  • Het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen;
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende betrokken partijen, waaronder klanten, interne afdelingen en onderaannemers;
  • Toezien op het naleven van veiligheidseisen en kwaliteitsstandaarden op de bouwlocaties;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en het nemen van corrigerende maatregelen waar nodig;
  • Rapporteren van de projectvoortgang aan het management en andere stakeholders;
  • Onderhouden van goede klantrelaties en zorgen voor klanttevredenheid;

REF: MEC

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als PROJECTLEIDER, bij voorkeur in de gevelbouw of gelijkaardige sector;
  • Sterke kennis van aluminium gevelconstructies, bouwprocessen- en normen;
  • Uitstekende organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding;
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams;
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid;
  • Kennis van relevante software (zoals AutoCAD, MS Project);
  • Je beheerst zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Nederlands en je beschikt minstens over een basiskennis Frans;
