De focus ligt op: - Implementatie van het gegevensfundament (Fabric) - Datamanagement (geschiktheid van data voor doel en borging op langere termijn) Naarmate de technische en functionele implementatie van het gegevensfundament is afgerond, verschuift de aandacht naar het goed leren benutten van deze voorziening. De business projectmanager speelt hierin een sleutelrol bij adoptie, inrichting van processen en het versterken van datamanagement binnen de organisaties. Wat ga je doen - Implementatie van datamanagement binnen de DOWR-organisaties op basis van een vastgesteld scope-document - Implementatie en doorontwikkeling van werkprocessen rondom datagedreven werken (inclusief compliance) - Optreden als kwartiermaker ProductOwner - Gegevensfundament - Aansturing en prioritering van het DOWR-ontwikkelteam - Aansturing en prioritering van migratie van informatieproducten - Coördinatie van het opleidingstraject voor datateams en afstemming met leverancier en HR-verantwoordelijken - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de technisch projectleider Verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturing van het project: - Coördinatie en prioritering van werkzaamheden - Advisering van de stuurgroep over benodigde acties en eventuele bijsturing - Bewaking van GROKIT-aspecten, rapportage en advisering hierover - Communicatie met stakeholders Eisen: - Er mag slechts één partij verantwoordelijk zijn voor de levering van de professional, zonder tussenkomst van derden of onderaannemers; de gehele uitvoering moet in eigen beheer plaatsvinden -...
