BlueTrail Projectmanager data gedreven werken ZZP Overijssel 24u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Team Je komt te werken in de afdeling Data & Digitalisering van de gemeente Deventer. De gemeente Deventer is gastheer (voor de DOWR-samenwerking) voor onder andere de ICT en IV-gerelateerde functies. Binnen D&D vind je de volgende DOWR rollen: i-adviseurs, de verschillende compliance rollen en dus ook business project- en programmamanagers. Verder bestaat de afdeling nog uit de vakgroepen GEO-data en Kennis & Verkenning. Gezamenlijk vormen deze vakgroepen het datateam van de gemeente Deventer. Opdracht De DOWR gemeenten (de samenwerking van Deventer, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte) hebben de ambitie de kracht van de data structureel te benutten en op een meer gestructureerde manier met data te werken. Bij de individuele gemeenten ligt de focus op het meer en beter benutten van data. Vanuit de samenwerking DOWR ligt het accent op het op een meer gestructureerde manier werken met data. De focus ligt daarin op: - Implementatie van het gegevensfundament (Fabric) - Datamanagement Ad A: het gegevensfundament De DOWR gemeenten werken al enige tijd aan de technische implementatie van deze voorziening. Naar verwachting zal het gegevensfundament eind dit jaar klaar zijn voor gebruik. Daarna start de feitelijke implementatie en daarmee ook de adoptie van deze nieuwe functionaliteit binnen de organisaties in het algemeen en de datateams in het bijzonder. En daarin is een belangrijke rol weggelegd voor de te werven business projectmanager. Ad B: datamanagement Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat de data die we hebben geschikt is voor het doel dat we ermee hebben? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat dit langere tijd geborgd is? Dat is de vraag die in dit deelproject centraal staat.
