De focus van deze opdracht ligt op: - Implementatie van het gegevensfundament (Fabric) - adoptie en benutting binnen de organisaties en de datateams zodra de technische implementatie gereed is. - Datamanagement - zorgen dat beschikbare data geschikt is voor het beoogde doel en dat dit langdurig geborgd wordt. Jouw rol Als business projectmanager leid je de adoptie van het gegevensfundament en de implementatie van datamanagement binnen de DOWR-organisaties. Je werkt aan zowel de harde technische en procesmatige onderdelen als aan het vergroten van organisatiebewustzijn rondom goed datamanagement. Werkzaamheden - Implementatie datamanagement binnen de DOWR-organisaties op basis van een vastgesteld scopedocument - Implementatie en doorontwikkeling van werkprocessen rondom datagedreven werken (inclusief compliance) - Kwartiermaker ProductOwner - Gegevensfundament - Aansturing en prioritering van het DOWR-ontwikkelteam - Aansturing en prioritering van de migratie van informatieproducten - Coördinatie van het opleidingstraject voor datateams en afstemming met HR-verantwoordelijken - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de technisch projectleider Verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturing van het project: coördinatie en prioritering van werkzaamheden - Advisering stuurgroep: adviseren over noodzakelijke maatregelen en eventuele bijsturing - Bewaking GROKIT-aspecten: rapporteren en adviseren hierover - Stakeholdercommunicatie: onderhouden van communicatie met relevante partijen Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Een motivatie, opgesteld door de kandidaat zelf (uploaden bij gevraagde documenten) - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo niveau - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectmanager - Minimaal 3 jaar...
