ft 32830 Je werkt in het hart van de gemeente Deventer aan een uitdagende opdracht binnen data en digitalisering. Daarbij help je de DOWR-samenwerking om data structureel en gestructureerd te benutten. Je brengt partijen bij elkaar, geeft richting aan de uitvoering en bewaakt voortgang, inhoud en samenwerking. Met jouw aanpak zorg je dat datagedreven werken echt landt in de organisatie. Zo lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van een toekomstgerichte publieke dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen - Je implementeert datamanagement binnen de DOWR-organisaties op basis van een vastgesteld scopedocument. - Je implementeert en ontwikkelt werkprocessen rondom datagedreven werken, inclusief compliance. - Je vervult de rol van kwartiermaker ProductOwner Gegevensfundament. - Je stuurt het DOWR-ontwikkelteam aan en bepaalt prioriteiten. - Je stuurt de migratie van informatieproducten aan en prioriteert deze. - Je coördineert het opleidingstraject voor de datateams en stemt dit af met leverancier en HR-verantwoordelijken. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de technisch projectleider. - Je coördineert en prioriteert werkzaamheden binnen het project. - Je adviseert de stuurgroep over wat nodig is om doelen te bereiken en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je bewaakt de GROKIT-aspecten en rapporteert en adviseert hierover. - Je onderhoudt de communicatie met stakeholders. Eisen - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectmanager. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een rol of functie op het snijvlak van IT/IV en de organisatie. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van meerdere projectmanagementmethodieken, bijvoorbeeld Prince II, IPMA of scrum. Wensen - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo niveau op het gebied van (technische) bedrijfskunde, bedrijfskundige informatica of bestuurskunde. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het implementeren van datagedreve.
