Je nieuwe baan Help jij digitale teams om plannen ook echt op te leveren? Voor Square, de app waarmee ruim 12.000 uitzendkrachten hun werk, huisvesting en administratie regelen, zoeken we een Projectmanager Digitale Producten. Jij brengt overzicht in de planning, organiseert releases en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat haalbaar is en wanneer. Square wordt gebruikt door vijf labels binnen House of Covebo. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner en het ontwikkelteam van House of HR in België. De Product Owner bepaalt de visie en prioriteiten; jij coördineert de uitvoering en oplevering. Releases komen in golven: periodes van voorbereiden wisselen af met intensief opleveren. Jij houdt de samenhang in beeld en zorgt dat de juiste mensen tijdig besluiten nemen. De baan Je krijgt de ruimte om onze manier van werken verder te verbeteren. Je coördineert de oplevering, zonder personele leiding te geven aan het team. - Je vertaalt de roadmap naar een realistische planning en volgt afspraken en voortgang actief op. - Je maakt capaciteit, afhankelijkheden en risico’s inzichtelijk en legt belangrijke besluiten vast. - Je stemt af met de Product Owner, het ontwikkelteam en interne collega’s en helpt blokkades oplossen. - Je bespreekt haalbaarheid, scope en timing met stakeholders, ook wanneer iets later of kleiner moet. Je krijgt het mandaat om onrealistische verwachtingen ter discussie te stellen. - Je faciliteert planning-, refinement- en evaluatiesessies en organiseert beheerste releases en een goede overdracht naar beheer. Je stuurt daarbij niet alleen op planningen en processen. Je kijkt naar het volledige deliveryproces en creëert de omstandigheden waarin het team samen verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen.
