The posting

Voor een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de farmaceutische industrie zoeken we een ervaren Projectmanager E&I. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van elektrische en instrumentatieprojecten binnen een complexe productieomgeving.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe contractors om projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning te realiseren. Hierbij ligt de focus niet op het uitvoeren van detailengineering, maar wel op de technische coördinatie, werfopvolging en succesvolle implementatie van oplossingen in het veld.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van E&I-projecten vanaf voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Samenwerken met externe aannemers voor de realisatie van kabelwerken, elektrische installaties en instrumentatieprojecten.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, planningen en technische scope van projecten.
  • Evalueren en vergelijken van offertes en technische voorstellen.
  • Opvolgen van werkzaamheden op de werf en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor contractors.
  • Waken over een veilige uitvoering van de werken, inclusief vergunningen, LOTO-procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Nakijken en actualiseren van bestaande elektrische schema's en technische documentatie.
  • Definiëren van noodzakelijke aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties en controleren van de uitgevoerde wijzigingen.
  • Specificeren en bestellen van elektrische componenten en instrumentatie.
  • Ondersteunen van commissioning- en opstartactiviteiten.
  • Afstemmen met operations, maintenance, engineering en QA om projecten succesvol te implementeren.
  • Meewerken aan projecten variërend van beperkte investeringen tot uitbreidingen van hoogspanningsinstallaties en kritische productie-units.
  • Bachelor of Master in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Automatisatie of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ervaring als E&I Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer of gelijkaardige functie binnen een industriële procesomgeving.
  • Ervaring met industriële controle- en besturingssystemen zoals Emerson DeltaV, DCS-, PLC- of SCADA-systemen.
  • Vertrouwd met werfopvolging, contractor management en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om efficiënt samen te werken met operations, maintenance, engineering, QA en externe contractors.
