Als Project Manager ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en studiebureaus in de regio West-Vlaanderen. Je coördineert diverse projecten van offerte tot oplevering binnen de tertiaire markt (scholen, zorginstellingen, kantoren, …), met focus op elektrotechniek en automatisatie.

Wat houdt je job in?

  • Opmaken van offertes en vertalen van klantverwachtingen naar concrete projectplannen.
  • Uitwerken en/of aanpassen van schema’s en plannen (2D Autocad) voor uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van projectplanning, materiaalbestellingen en uitvoering op de werf.
  • Facturatie opstellen via vorderingsstaten en afrekeningen, inclusief as-built dossiers.
  • Actief deelnemen aan interne planningsmeetings en projecten kort opvolgen met de werfleider.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met elektrotechnische projecten in tertiaire omgevingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Autocad 2D en inzicht in technische plannen.
  • Goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin voor zelfstandig werken.
  • Flexibiliteit en nauwkeurigheid in het beheer van je agenda en lopende dossiers.
