Van klantvraag tot succesvol eindproduct: als Projectmanager Elektronica geef jij richting aan innovatieve elektronica-projecten en zorg je voor tevreden klanten én een sterk resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als projectmanager elektronica op onze locatie in Rotterdam ga je in gesprek met de klant om de wensen en eisen van projecten helder te krijgen. De projecten zijn ontwikkelopdrachten van de klant, om hoogwaardige elektronica te ontwikkelen. Het project bestaat uit zowel Hardware als embedded Software ontwikkeling. Met je team geef je advies en maak je een commercieel projectvoorstel dat de klant overtuigt. Nadat jij een akkoord hebt op je offerte voor de klant, bereid je het project voor, je begeleidt de klant en het ontwikkelproject tijdens het ontwikkelproces en je zorgt dat alles netjes is afgerond aan het einde van het project. Je behoudt grip op de scope, het budget en tijdslijnen in samenwerking met het ontwikkel team en de Productowner en communiceert daar helder over met het team en de klant. Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Opzetten van een commercieel projectvoorstel voor de klant en het geven van advies. - Je zorgt voor het voorbereiden, opzetten en begeleiden van projecten. - Begeleidt de klant en het team m.b.t. planning, scope, uren en budget. - Ervoor zorgen dat de doelen SMART zijn voor het hele team. - Optimaliseren van de samenwerking tussen het hardware en software team, de klant en de productielocaties. - Coacht het team op samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. - Voorbereiden en realiseren van de overdracht van het product naar productie.
